Concrete plant:at a glance

Buendia Concrete LLC withdrew their first application with the TCEQ and recently filed a new one. A Public Hearing will be shceduled once the current application has passed TCEQ's technical review process. We will keep you posted when that occurs.

The environmental and health risks of a concrete plant are of grave concern. It would allow many trucks per day to operate 24/7, creating traffic hazards with cars, school buses and school children, toxic emissions, and damage to roads because of exceeding weight limits.
